To Register for a Discount Card 1] Give a business card to the business office 2] Fill out the address form The discount card is valid for 2 years from printing date, and is valid for 10% off non-sale items. You must show the card every time you make a purchase to receive the discount. The card is designed for use by the professionals, not their clients, and may be revoked if abused. We may not always recognize our customers or remember your business name, so we respectfully request you present your Discount Card every time you make a purchase for a smoother transaction. To Register for Tax Exempt Status - Business 1] Register for a Discount Card 2] Give us a copy of your Resale's Certificate 3] Fill out the Tax Exempt Form in our offices. Only a current Resale's Certificate from the issuing state's Department of Revenue is acceptable. Tax Exempt status expires on the date printed on the certificate, and must be updated by the sewing professional. It will take a few months before we add your business to the official list at the registers, so please make sure to bring in your Discount Card and Resale's Certificate every time you make a purchase for a smoother transaction.

To Register for Tax Exempt Status - Non-Profit Present your tax letter every time you make a purchase. If we do not have your organization on-file, we will need to photocopy your letter. Please make sure your letter has a valid expiration date to prevent any delay in service. This tax letter will be used as your identification every time you make a purchase.

House Charges Vogue Fabrics does not write house charges for businesses or religious organizations. If you are from a public school, university, or theater, please register a Purchase Order on official letterhead with every purchase, and present the valid tax exempt letter as well. Some letters may be subject to approval from our corporate offices, so you are welcome to file these papers before your shopping day to prevent delays. If approval is needed and a senior officer is not available, the order will be held pending approval.

If you have a Discount Card with us, and you wish to make a purchase through mail order, please provide your business name and the number appearing on your Discount Card when you make your purchase. If you are ordering on-line, please put this information in the Customer Notes box of the checkout, and we will credit your account appropriately after we process your order.
